What You’ll Do

• Design a full-stack monetization strategy for the website, YouTube channel, and social media presence

• Recommend and prioritize revenue streams such as:
• Affiliate models and partner programs
• Email list monetization and funnel-building
• Advertising setups (beyond basic networks)
• Advise on ad options beyond AdSense (programmatic or direct)

• Help define early KPIs to validate ideas

• Advise on content and structure choices that support long-term monetization

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have experience building monetization strategies from the ground up — ideally before launch

• Think beyond AdSense, Mediavine, and “top 10 blog monetization tips”

• Have helped content-first brands monetize across multiple channels

• Know how to make low-to-mid traffic profitable through layered monetization

• Are proactive, communicative, and comfortable working solo in early-stage environments
