Monetisation Manager

As Associate Manager – Monetisation, you’ll work closely with the growth, category, content, and brand teams to build and execute monetisation initiatives across the app. From paid placements and creator drops to co-branded campaigns, you’ll help convert attention into revenue—without disrupting experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and has a keen understanding of digital commerce, brand partnerships, and content-led monetisation. Key Responsibilities ● Assist in building and executing monetisation programs across ZILO (e.g., paid banners, brand collaborations, influencer-led campaigns). ● Work with external brand, creator, and agency partners to plan and deliver revenue-generating campaigns. ● Coordinate cross-functionally with design, content, and tech teams to bring monetisation ideas to life within the app. ● Track campaign performance and assist with reporting, billing, and optimization. ● Maintain campaign calendars, partner decks, and internal trackers. ● Conduct research on monetisation models across commerce, content, and Q-commerce platforms. ● Support creation of rate cards, sponsorship packages, and media kits. What We’re Looking For ● 1–3 years of experience in brand partnerships, monetisation, digital ad sales, or content commerce. ● Exposure to e-commerce, D2C, influencer marketing, or mobile-first platforms. ● Strong communication and coordination skills; comfort working across functions. ● Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and report outcomes. ● Highly organized, proactive, and eager to experiment in a fast-moving environment.
