Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Growth Manager to drive audience engagement, platform reach, and revenue growth across OTT, micro drama, and vertical series content. The ideal candidate will lead data-driven growth strategies and work closely with marketing and content teams to maximize performance and user acquisition. This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Growth Manager. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at expanding audience reach, user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Analyze performance metrics, audience behavior, and content trends to identify opportunities for growth across OTT and digital content platforms. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to optimize campaigns, promotional activities, and distribution strategies. Plan and manage experiments, A/B tests, and data-led initiatives to drive measurable improvements. Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management. Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies for AVOD, SVOD, and other digital monetization models. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in digital growth. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or digital strategy within OTT, digital media, or related sectors. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and user insights. Expertise in growth funnels, user acquisition, retention, and digital performance optimization. Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mix panel, etc.). Excellent strategic planning, execution, and project management skills. Strong collaboration and communication abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: Develop and implement monetization models, track performance metrics, and collaborate with content and business teams to maximize ROI. Analyze viewership data, audience behavior, and content performance across OTT and digital platforms. Monitor campaign performance across multiple acquisition channels and provide insights for optimization. Conduct user funnel analysis—acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in digital content monetization or OTT platforms; strong analytical, business strategy, and revenue optimization skills. Expertise in advertising campaigns, revenue optimization, and pricing strategies Skills in partnership management, business development and Category monetization management Knowledge of digital media, streaming platforms, and content monetization trends Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities Experience in entertainment, media, or technology industries preferred Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Engagement: Ability to analyze watch-time, session frequency, and content interaction metrics to improve platform engagement. Retention: Knowledge of churn drivers, cohort analysis, lifecycle journeys, and retention strategies. Monetization: Experience in evaluating SVOD/AVOD performance, revenue metrics, conversion funnels, ARPU, and pricing strategies. Growth & Revenue Analytics: Strong understanding of growth KPIs, revenue forecasting, performance dashboards, and opportunity identification. OTT & Digital Media Ecosystem: Preferred experience working with OTT platforms, digital content analytics, and app-based user behaviour.
