Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mold Designer located in Gurgaon. The Mold Designer will be responsible for designing and developing molds, creating detailed drawings, collaborating with the engineering team to optimize tooling designs, and ensuring manufacturability of molds for plastic components. The candidate will also work on injection molding processes, oversee tooling performance, and support the production team in ensuring quality output.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tooling Design and Design Engineering processes
• Expertise in Mold Design and related techniques
• Hands-on experience with Injection Molding and mold development technologies
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team
• Experience with CAD software for designing molds is highly desirable
• Background in mechanical engineering or a relevant technical field
• Prior experience in plastic part manufacturing or tooling is a plus
