Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and develop moulds for various manufacturing processes, with a focus on pulp molding solutions that optimize material use and cycle time
Create detailed 2D and 3D mould drawings using CAD software
Analyze product specifications and develop mould designs aligned with quality and production requirements
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Modify existing moulds to enhance performance, accommodate design changes, or improve pulp molding efficiency
Provide technical support during mould setup and production, particularly for pulp molding
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mould design technology
Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

Strong CAD skills (2D & 3D)
Solid understanding of moulding processes, including pulp molding
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
