Modern Trade Manager - FMCG INDUSTRY

As a Modern Trade Manager in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing modern trade strategies to increase market share and revenue. Your role will involve identifying and prioritizing modern trade channels such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and chain stores. Additionally, you will create joint business plans with key accounts to drive mutual growth and profitability. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key modern trade accounts will be a crucial aspect of your job. You will negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions with key account partners, monitor sales performance, track account profitability, and address any issues or concerns that may arise. Market research and analysis will be essential for understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. You will utilize market insights to identify opportunities and develop competitive strategies. Monitoring competitor pricing, promotions, and product offerings will also be part of your responsibilities to stay ahead in the market. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, will be necessary to achieve business objectives. You will communicate market trends, customer feedback, and business insights to internal stakeholders and work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and execution of modern trade strategies.
