Mobilizer

Brief about the position

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Mobilizer to join our team . The Mobilizer will be responsible for community outreach, student mobilization, and enrolment for skill development programs. This role is critical in identifying and motivating youth from urban and rural areas to participate in training programs and build sustainable livelihoods.

• JD/Responsibilities

· Conduct field visits in local communities, schools, NGOs, and employment offices to identify and engage potential candidates.

· Explain the benefits of the training programs and employment opportunities to candidates and their families.

· Organize mobilization drives, awareness camps, door-to-door campaigns, and community meetings.

· Support the counselling and registration process, ensuring documentation and eligibility criteria are met.

· Coordinate with local leaders, influencers, and institutions for effective mobilization.

· Maintain daily/weekly reports on mobilization efforts, leads, and conversions.

· Collaborate with trainers and centre coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of students.

· Follow up with dropouts or absentees to understand and resolve issues.

• Qualification & Experience

· Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred (any stream).

· Experience: 1-3 years in mobilization, fieldwork, or community engagement (preferably in skill development or education sector).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
