Conduct structured feedback surveys to assess mobility operations and employee satisfaction.
Utilize insights and data analytics to continuously improve transportation policies, service quality, and mobility strategies.
Implement advanced software tools for data-driven decision-making and transportation analysis.
Utilize Al-based driver monitoring systems to assess driving patterns and identify safety violations.
