Mobility

What you will do

• Strategy: Work closely with the Network Expansion leadership to create a shared vision and strategic approach to Mobility in India

• Planning: Build and maintain the Network Expansion funnel for Mobility and help onboard existing and new Network Participants across India

• Program/Project Management: Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives across the organization and ensuring our Mobility Network Participants (Buyer and Seller Apps) go live on time

• Scale: Build, maintain, and communicate detailed documents to assist citylevel, state, regional, and national expansion efforts, and make data-driven decisions

• Develop Relationships: Collaborate with other functional areas (Engineering, Operations, Product, Policy, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships

• Execute projects: Step into operational gaps and help teams execute and bring Mobility Network participants online. Ideal Candidate

• Deeply passionate about Mobility as a domain with demonstrated experience in solving Mobility problems at scale

• Experience across product management/operations for products such as - Bicycles, Electric Scooters, Bikes, Autos, and Cabs across Intra/Intercity products

• Diverse experience from ground/field operations to central operations and product operations

• Sales and Account Management experience - Super strong, client-first account management culture

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 8-10 years of proven experience (Relaxable for the right candidate)

• Data-first problem solver with excellent Excel/data management skills Preferred Qualifications

• Master in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent

• Experience in the Mobility domain, particularly experience with a leading Mobility app in Operations, Strategy or Product teams. Consulting, or related experience is a plus

• High-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred

• Outstanding communication and organization skills

• Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities
