Mobility

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Network Expansion leadership to develop a shared vision and strategic approach to Mobility in India - Planning: Establish and maintain the Network Expansion funnel for Mobility, facilitating the onboarding of both existing and new Network Participants nationwide - Program/Project Management: Act as a resourceful multitasker, supporting various initiatives across the organization to ensure timely go-live for Mobility Network Participants (Buyer and Seller Apps) - Scale: Create, maintain, and share detailed documents to support expansion efforts at city-level, state-level, regional, and national levels, making decisions based on data analysis - Develop Relationships: Engage with different functional areas (Engineering, Operations, Product, Policy, etc.) to foster efficient and productive working relationships - Execute projects: Fill operational gaps and assist teams in executing tasks to bring Mobility Network participants online As an ideal candidate, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities: - Deep passion for Mobility as a domain with a track record of solving Mobility issues at scale - Experience in product management/operations for various products like Bicycles, Electric Scooters, Bikes, Autos, and Cabs for both Intra and Intercity travel - Diverse experience ranging from ground/field operations to central operations and product operations - Strong background in Sales and Account Management with a client-first account management approach Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience (Relaxable for the right candidate) - Data-first problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/data management Preferred Qualifications: - Master in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent - Experience in the Mobility domain, particularly with a leading Mobility app in Operations, Strategy, or Product teams. Consulting or related experience would be a plus - Strong preference for high-growth operations, tech, or startup experience - Excellent communication and organization skills - Demonstrated leadership capabilities,
