Job Title: Mobile Test Automation Lead / Architect Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 8+ years Work Mode: [Onsite / Hybrid (4 days in a week)] Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Mobile Test Automation Lead / Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of robust automation frameworks for iOS and Android applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Appium and Python , strong experience in CI/CD pipeline integration , and a proven track record of mentoring teams while remaining technically hands-on. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable mobile test automation frameworks for iOS and Android platforms. Conduct tool feasibility studies and recommend best-fit solutions for automation needs. Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and continuous integration. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Mentor and guide automation engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Own and drive automation strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects. Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, best practices, and logical problem-solving. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile automation. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in test automation, with a strong focus on mobile applications. Expert-level proficiency in Appium and Python for mobile automation. Proven experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). Experience with version control systems like Git and test management tools. Excellent problem-solving, logical reasoning, and coding skills is a must. Ability to mentor and lead teams while remaining hands-on with technical tasks. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
