Mobile Service Technician

The Mobile Service Technician position is a full-time on-site role based in Dibrugarh East. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, offering technical support to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality service. In addition, you will be in charge of maintaining inventory levels, as well as managing repair parts and tools. The ideal candidate for this role should possess technical skills in diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, excellent customer service and communication skills, experience in inventory management and repair parts handling, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, the capacity to work independently and efficiently on-site. Having relevant certifications in mobile device repair would be considered a plus for this position. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this role.,
