Mobile Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones (Android & iOS).
• Replace hardware components: screen, battery, charging port, cameras, speakers, etc.
• Perform software installation, updates, formatting, and data backup.
• Identify technical issues and provide accurate repair estimates.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Ensure quality checks before delivering phones to customers.
• Handle customer queries and maintain service records.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of mobile hardware & software.
• Experience in chip-level and basic repairs.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Customer handling & communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
