Mobile Service Technician

Role Overview: As a Mobile Service Technician at our company in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting device issues, performing software and hardware repairs, delivering exceptional customer service, keeping detailed records of your work, and staying informed about the latest mobile technology and repair methods. Additionally, you will collaborate with a team to manage inventory and ensure that all repairs meet high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mobile devices - Conduct software and hardware repairs on smartphones and tablets - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients - Maintain accurate records of repairs and oversee inventory management - Collaborate effectively with team members - Stay up-to-date on the newest mobile technology and repair techniques - Possess relevant certification in mobile device repair (preferred) - Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification is advantageous Qualification Required: - Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mobile device problems - Experience in performing software and hardware repairs on mobile devices - Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities - Ability to manage inventory and maintain precise records - Excellent team collaboration skills - Updated knowledge of the latest mobile technology and repair methods - Preferred certification in mobile device repair - High school diploma or equivalent (further technical education or certification is a bonus),
