Mobile Service Technician

Role Overview: As a Mobile Service Technician at our company in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting device issues, performing software and hardware repairs, delivering exceptional customer service, keeping detailed records of your work, and staying informed about the newest mobile technology and repair methods. Collaboration with your team to oversee inventory management and ensure all repairs meet the highest standards will also be part of your role.
