Role & responsibilities

Lead the
planning, execution, and tracking
of all software development activities within the project.
Collaborate with program managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement
mitigation plans
to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, testing, and customer stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to software development processes, quality standards, and documentation practices.
Facilitate regular
status reviews
, prepare progress reports, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the team in resolving technical challenges and removing roadblocks.
