Job Description

We're Hiring: MLOps Engineer | Pune | Work from Office | Immediate to 30 Days NP

About the Role:

MLOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML/GenAI/RAG deployment (LLMs, vectorDBs, embeddings, etc.)
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP preferred) using Terraform and other IaC tools
Containerize workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (GPU optimized)
Deploy and maintain vector databases and feature stores (e.g., Pinecone, pgVector, Redis)
Monitor AI workloads using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.
Enforce AI/ML pipeline security: secrets management, access control, and audit logging
Work with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and similar tools for agentic AI orchestration
Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers for model transition to production

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years in MLOps/DevOps/infrastructure roles (3+ in AI/ML environments preferred)
Expertise with cloud-native AI platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)
CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD
Proficient in Python, Bash (Go is a plus)
Strong in Kubernetes, Helm, Docker
Experience with monitoring & alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus)
