Location : Grameenshakti Microfinance Services Pvt. Ltd at Dhakuria, Kolkata – 700 031
Position : MIS Manager
Salary : Rs. 25,000/- to 35,000/-
Job Description :
️ Design, develop, and manage regular MIS reports for management, investors, and regulators.
️ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as loan disbursements, repayments, portfolio quality (PAR), delinquency, and collection efficiency.
️ Generate branch-wise, region-wise, and product-wise reports to support decision-making
️ Ensure accurate and timely data entry from branches and field operations into core systems.
️ Conduct data audits and validations to maintain data quality and integrity.
️ Prepare reports for RBI, SIDBI, MFIN, and other regulators as per prescribed formats and timelines.
️ Collaborate with IT and software vendors to enhance the MIS systems (e.g., Loan Management Systems, Core Banking, ERP).
