MIS Intern

Job Summary:

The MIS Intern will assist the Management Information System team in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making and operational efficiency. This internship provides hands-on experience in data management, reporting, and business analytics within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect and verify data from various departments to ensure accuracy.
• Support in automating reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI.
• Prepare and present data insights for management review.
• Identify trends, gaps, and variances in data to support business decisions.
• Maintain proper documentation and data backup for reports.
• Coordinate with different teams for timely data submission.
• Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as assigned by the MIS team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in

  Commerce, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proficient in

  MS Excel

  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.) and

  Google Sheets

  .
• Knowledge of

  Power BI / Tableau / SQL

  is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy while handling data.
