MIS Executive – Travel & Tourism Company

Role Purpose:

To manage MIS reports, automate Google Sheets dashboards, and support management with accurate data for bookings, sales, payments & profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (sales, bookings, vendor payments, collections)

✅ Create tour-wise cost sheets & profitability reports

✅ Maintain and update Google Sheets/CRM data (TBO, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)

✅ Automate reports & dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets

✅ Consolidate data from Sales, Accounts, Operations & Ticketing teams

✅ Improve reporting systems and streamline processes

Skills Required:

✔ Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot, SUMIFS, ARRAYFORMULA)

✔ Good analytical & numerical skills

✔ Knowledge of travel industry data/CRM preferred

✔ Basic knowledge of Tally/Accounts (added advantage)

✔ Google App Script

Qualification:

1–3 years MIS/Reporting experience (Travel industry preferred)

Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply
