Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within the organization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data management tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

Collecting and analyzing data to prepare reports for management.
Maintaining MIS records and databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per management requirements.
Collaborating with different departments to gather data and provide insights.
Identifying trends and patterns in data to support business decision-making.
Assisting in the development of dashboards and visualizations for better data representation.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good understanding of database management and SQL.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques.
