MIS Executive (Contractual Role)

About the Role:

Lenskart is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team on a contractual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, and providing insights that support decision-making across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and compile data from multiple sources to generate accurate and timely MIS reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
Identify trends, insights, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in automating routine reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of organizational data.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.
Advanced Excel knowledge is a must, with SQL and Power BI considered a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver accurate results.
