MIS Executive

As an MIS Executive at HCL Navalur, your role will involve handling data entry and management tasks with precision and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: - Data Entry and Management: You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large sets of data in Excel spreadsheets. - Report Generation: Your role will involve creating and formatting reports using Excel functions and tools to present data clearly and concisely. - Data Analysis: Utilizing Excel to analyze data sets and derive insights to support decision-making processes. - Formula Application: Applying various Excel functions and formulas to solve complex data problems and streamline workflows. - Chart and Graph Creation: Developing charts and graphs to effectively visualize data trends and patterns. - Quality Assurance: Conducting regular checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Documentation: Maintaining thorough documentation of processes, methodologies, and findings. - Support: Providing support and training to team members on Excel best practices and techniques. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelors degree - Experience: Proven experience working with Excel in an academic or professional setting - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and data validation. Basic understanding of macros and VBA is a plus. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment Please note that this position is for immediate joiners, and it requires working from the office at HCL Navalur. The shift timings are in the UK Shift from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
