Position Summary: A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and verify data in database systems and software. Maintain accurate records of valuable company information. Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct inaccuracies. Compile, sort, and organize information to prepare source data for entry. Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups. Ensure data integrity and security. Follow company procedures and maintain data confidentiality. Assist with other administrative tasks when needed.
