Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing reports to support decision-making and ensure smooth execution of projects. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to build a career in IT operations, reporting, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments (sales, projects, operations, and support).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations).
• Support project teams by maintaining records of BSNL, CPAN, NGN.
• Track DPR (Daily Progress Reports), project submissions, and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information for reporting.
• Identify data gaps, errors, and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Assist management in data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain and update company databases and ensure proper documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc (IT/CS), B.Tech, MCA or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management (freshers can apply).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Data Visualization tools (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
