Job Description

Position:

Reporting to:

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Consolidate sales, inventory, and distribution data from various regions.
Generate reports for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams as required.

Analysis

Analyze sales trends, secondary sales, and stock movements.
Identify gaps, variances, and performance deviations for management review.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve efficiency.

Coordination

Liaise with regional teams, distributors, and sales staff for timely data collection.
Coordinate with IT teams for database updates and system improvements.

System & Data Accuracy

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entered into ERP/MIS systems.
Maintain master data for products, pricing, and customers.

Support Functions

Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and performance trackers.
Support management in business reviews and planning exercises.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, etc.).
Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
24 years of experience in MIS/Reporting, preferably in an FMCG environment.
Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau will be an added advantage.
