Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Information Systems (MIS) Executive to join our team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and reporting on key business data to support decision-making processes across

various departments. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data is available for operational, strategic, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable reports and dashboards.

• Develop and maintain accurate reports on a regular basis, ensuring they meet the needs of the departments.

• Provide timely and accurate information to support decision-making processes for senior management.

• Database Management:

• Ensure proper database management and data integrity for MIS reporting purposes.

• Work with IT teams to troubleshoot any data discrepancies and ensure smooth data flow.

• System Implementation & Optimization:

• Assist in the implementation and optimization of MIS tools and software.

• Analyze and improve existing MIS systems to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Collaborate with the functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver the necessary data insights.

• Provide training and support to departments on utilizing MIS reports and systems effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience 1-2 years as an MIS Executive or in a similar role in data analysis or reporting.

• Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting tools specifically in Excel, and database management.

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data-related software tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
