Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and manage dashboards that provide actionable insights into leads, campaigns, partners, and productivity.

Move reporting from descriptive to diagnostic by highlighting trends, gaps, and improvement areas.

Support leadership decision-making with timely, reliable, and business-aligned MIS.

Leverage advanced Excel, automation tools, and BI platforms to improve reporting efficiency.

Oversee lead flow across CRM, partner portals, telemarketing, and campaigns to ensure speed and quality.

Strengthen lead validation, allocation, feedback loops, and reporting mechanisms.

Support ISR and telemarketing functions with structured data, process clarity, and performance insights.

Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and recommend operational or system-level improvements.

Own end-to-end marketing data lifecycle across digital, events, partners, and sales touchpoints.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, segmentation, and readiness for campaigns, reporting, and analytics.

Establish data governance practices, SOPs, and quality checks to support scalable growth.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve data usability for marketing, sales, and leadership teams.

Own partner channel platforms (PCP) as a business enabler for communication, lead flow, schemes, and claims.

Improve partner experience through structured content, timely updates, and data transparency.

Enable channel teams with dashboards, reports, and insights to strengthen partner performance.

Continuously enhance partner workflows through digitization and automation.

Create and maintain structured databases and MIS platforms using Excel and related tools.

Act as functional owner for CRM platforms, ensuring high adoption, usability, and business alignment.

Partner with sales, marketing, and IT teams to continuously enhance workflows, automation, and integrations.

Translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements.

Drive disciplined CRM usage and support sales productivity through better visibility and reporting.

Support CRM revamp initiatives to improve usability and adoption across OPDC and PCP teams.

Ensure accurate lead capture, allocation, tracking, and closure within the CRM system.
