MIS Executive- Business Governance || Health Insurance

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional (preferably female) to support our business initiatives through analysis, sales content design, coordination, and project management. The role involves working closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive efficiency, governance, and timely execution of business priorities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis, Insights & Governance:

• Track key business metrics and prepare dashboards/reports.
• Conduct analysis on Funnels, campaigns, and contests.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action points.

• Project Management:

• Assist in coordinating key projects with cross-functional teams.
• Track progress and escalate challenges proactively.

• Presentation & Communication:

• Prepare impactful presentations for leadership reviews and partner meetings.
• Draft crisp business communications for internal and partner circulation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (knowledge of BI tools like Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
• A balanced mix of analytical + creative abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure governance.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
• Organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in business coordination, MIS/analytics, sales support/contest design roles.
• Insurance/Financial services experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
