MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:1. Data Management & Reporting

• Collect, compile, and verify data from different departments.
• Maintain and update databases and reporting systems.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before final reporting.
• Prepare customized reports for various departments such as sales, production, finance, etc.

2. Analysis & Insights

• Analyze data trends to identify areas of improvement.
• Provide actionable insights through data interpretation.
• Assist management in strategic planning and forecasting.
• Monitor business performance using KPIs and metrics.

3. Process Improvement

• Streamline data collection and reporting procedures for efficiency.
• Implement automation wherever possible to reduce manual work.
• Recommend system upgrades or improvements to enhance reporting accuracy.

4. Coordination & Support

• Work closely with different teams such as Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Support management in presentations and decision-making reports.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requirements as and when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data reporting role.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced level: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)
• Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools, or BI software (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Tally).
• Soft Skills:
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Work Hours: 9 AM-9 PM
• Location Type: Umiyadham,Surat

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
