Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our Finance team.

The role involves managing, analyzing, and reporting data related to insurance policies, renewals and business performance. The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely reports, reconciliation of balance with Insurance companies ensuring data integrity, and supporting decision-making for the insurance business vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and maintain data related to insurance sales, premiums, renewals and commissions.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management on business performance and operational metrics.

Coordinate with insurance companies to reconcile data (policies issued, premium booked, commission received).

Reconciling insurance revenues, payouts, and settlements.

Maintain dashboards and ensure accurate tracking of KPIs like conversion ratio, persistency, Number of active partners, etc

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros preferred) and Google Sheets.

Experience with data management, reporting, and reconciliation.

Good communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Hindi knowledge preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, Statistics

1 3 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis
