Job Description

ob Title: MIS ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, develop, and maintain our Management Information Systems. The role involves preparing and analyzing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting management with timely insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, manage, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop dashboards, trackers, and presentations for management review.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reports.
Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.
Maintain records of business information, employee data, and operational performance.
Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management.
Identify gaps in data or reporting processes and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with different teams (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, etc.) for data collection and validation.
Support audit requirements by providing accurate data and records.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
Good understanding of databases, SQL queries (basic level preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Computer Science/Statistics or related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis/Reporting role.
Experience in ERP/HRMS/CRM systems will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,920.82 - ₹16,120.78 per month
