Job Description

Key Responsibilities Procurement Coordination : Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs, create and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information, and manage records of all orders, payments, and stock. Vendor Management : Communicate with vendors regarding purchase orders and deliveries, maintain records of all purchase orders issued with associated documents, and follow up with suppliers for invoices and credit notes Reporting : Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner, including MIS reports related to purchase orders, material requisitions, bills, and balance deliveries. Data Management : Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the MIS, update databases with relevant information, and develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance. Financial Coordination : Prepare cost estimates, manage budget reports, and coordinate with the project team for original invoices from project sites to ensure timely submission to accounts for processing.
