Key Responsibilities

Jewellery Production MIS

• Maintain MIS for casting, setting, polishing, plating, QC and dispatch.
• Track gross/net weights, purity, stone count, labour movement, recovery %, wastage and process flow.
• Prepare production variance reports and daily productivity MIS.

SKU Master & Jewellery Data Management

• Create and update SKU master including attributes, metal purity, stone breakup, weight breakup and findings.Ensure accuracy across ERP, Excel MIS and production sheets.
• Perform data cleaning, validation and standardization for all jewellery data.

Inventory & Job Tracking MIS

• Track WIP, finished goods, stone inventory, metal issue/receipt and job order movements.
• Prepare reconciliations for weights, purity, stone count and material consumption.

Advanced Excel & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
• Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and conditional formatting for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain templates, trackers and automated MIS formats.

Data Quality & Documentation

• Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation, MIS logs and structured data records.
• Support data-driven decision-making across production, QC and merchandising teams.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with Production, QC, Merchandising, Inventory and Export teams for data updates.
• Assist operations with timely MIS support and data checks.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 25 years in Jewellery MIS, Diamond MIS, Manufacturing MIS or Export House MIS roles.
• Experience handling weights, purity, stone breakup, labour MIS, SKU master and manufacturing data.
• Strong Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• High attention to detail, accuracy and data quality.
• Experience in SEEPZ, jewellery export houses, diamond factories or non-SEEPZ jewellery manufacturers (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jewellery ERP systems (Jwelly, Logic ERP, JewelSoft, SAP or similar).
• Graduate in Commerce, IT, Business Administration or related fields.\
• Experience in data documentation and process improvement.
