MIS Coordinator - Wealth Management - JRK Stock Broking Pvt Ltd

Job Summary

The MIS Coordinator will be responsible for managing data, preparing advanced Excel MIS reports, tracking marketing and sales activities, evaluating field team performance, and presenting analytical insights to the Chairman. This role acts as the central point of contact between the Marketing Team and the senior leadership for Sales Visit tracking, business promotions, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Management Information Systems (MIS)

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute

  monthly MIS reports

  related to sales, marketing campaigns, field visits, and team performance.
• Use

  Advanced Excel

  (pivot tables, v-lookups, dashboards, macros) to derive insights and deliver accurate analytics.
• Automate MIS reporting formats and streamline processes for efficiency.
• Compile data from CRM (if any), sales logs, field reports, and promotional activities to ensure holistic reporting.

Sales Visit & Marketing Activity Tracking

• Track and document

  Sales Visits

  , appointments, client interactions, and business development activities performed by the Marketing Team.
• Maintain accurate logs of

  business promotions

  , campaigns, events, client meetups, and field operations.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team to gather activity reports and validate data integrity.
• Prepare weekly and monthly summaries of team achievements against targets.

Coordination & Reporting

• Present consolidated reports directly to the

  Chairman

  with actionable insights and trends.
• Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), shortfalls, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
• Support leadership in decision-making with analytical insights derived from data trends and reporting metrics.
• Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Compliance) to ensure data correctness and report completeness.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in

  Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Applications, or related field

  .
• MBA/PG Diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
  

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency:

  pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, data visualization.
• Familiarity with

  MIS tools

  , CRM systems, and database platforms.
• Knowledge of

  wealth management and fixed income products

• Basic understanding of
