Job Description

In this challenging role, as a crucial member of the Product business in MIS & Controlling activities at Siemens, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Business Analysis for the Product business, focusing on analyzing variances and deviations, margin analysis, and ensuring Standard Margin is within the corridor. - Performing Order Controlling and reviews to ensure operational efficiency. - Managing Budgeting and Forecasting, working Capital Management, Bookkeeping, and preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports for the Product Sales business segment. - Engaging in Month-end closing activities, which involve analyzing Forecast vs Actual variances and supporting in passing necessary month-end journals. - Assisting in preparing data for business reviews and actively supporting and driving automation projects for the segment. - Preparing and presenting Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) reviews for the segment. - Meeting Quarterly/Monthly reporting requirements including Audits and Forex activities. - Driving Re-organization activities and Headquarters related system requirements for the segment. - Facilitating the yearly Business Travel Allowance (BTA) activities for Products. - Offering commercial support for marketing activities for the Products Segment. - Coordinating with the Regional Sales team regarding cash collection and audit requirements.
