Job Description

About the Role:

Siemens Smart Infrastructure drives sustainable energy delivery and smart infrastructure solutions globally. This role is critical for managing MIS, controlling, and business analysis activities for the Product business segment. The position involves extensive coordination with corporate departments, auditors, sales teams, and central MIS & Controlling teams. The role also focuses on driving automation initiatives and providing commercial support for strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Financial Control

Analyze business performance for the Product segment, including variance/deviation and margin analysis.
Ensure sales margins remain within defined corridors.
Conduct order controlling and regular business reviews.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.
Support month-end closing, including analysis of forecast vs. actual variance and posting necessary journal entries.
Prepare data for management/business review meetings.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare and maintain MIS for Product Sales business segment.
Support quarterly and monthly reporting requirements, including audits and forex reporting.
Prepare and present ICFR reviews for the segment.

Automation & Process Improvement

Actively support and drive automation projects for the Product segment.
Implement system requirements arising from HQ reorganization activities.

Commercial & Operational Support

Support channel partner incentive reviews and calculations.
Provide commercial support for marketing activities within the Product segment.
Coordinate with regional sales teams regarding cash collection and audit requirements.
Support yearly BTA (Budget, Targets, and Allocation) activities for Products.
