Job Title: MIS & Reconciliation Operations Analyst Location: Nangli Sakrawati, Near Dwarka Mod, New Delhi Role Overview: A precise, data-driven MIS & Reconciliation analyst to oversee invoice creation, data reconciliation, and vendor payment coordination for spares & parts. Key Responsibilities: - Generate invoices post-reconciliation of parts received - Reconcile inbound spares data with purchase records - Coordinate weekly vendor payments - Build & maintain dashboards and MIS using Excel & PivotTables - Analyze discrepancies and surface process improvement insights Required Skills & Experience: - Prior experience in invoice generation & reconciliation operations - Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, formulas, dashboard creation - Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail - Excellent communication to collaborate cross‑functionally KRAs: 1. 100% invoice accuracy within SLA 2. Weekly vendor payments initiated/completed 3. Timely reconciliation of all parts received 4.
