Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain and update daily/weekly MIS for sales, collections, CM1/CM2, DSO, returns and inventory, ensuring all numbers are accurate and on-time.
Build & manage simple, clear dashboards in Google Sheets (basic to advanced BI tools, if needed) for city heads, RMs and founders to track targets vs actuals.
Pull data from CRM, billing, and collections systems; clean, reconcile, and highlight mismatches or errors for quick correction.
Prepare standard daily, weekly and monthly reports (sales by RM, contractor, SKU, channel, credit aging, scheme performance, etc.)
Track and update incentive, scheme and discount utilization data for RMs/contractors/distributors, and support Finance in payout calculations.
Create basic ad-hoc reports when required (e.g., last 3 months performance of X contractors / SKUs / city pockets) in a structured, easy-to-read format.

Skills Required

Adv Google Sheets with strong formulas.
Hands-on dashboard building in Power BI, data visualization,SQL logics
Comfortable cleaning, structuring, reconciling sales and finance data.
Notion handy or strong willingness to learn for Sales, lead gen CRM.
