Description To be responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and presenting sales and other sales related data from various sources to provide actionable insights. To create regular dashboards, generate reports, and help monitor sales performance against targets, enabling the sales and business leadership to make informed decisions.
Reporting to Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
Heads KRA (Key Result Areas)
1. Maintain and update accurate sales data across systems and dashboards. 2. Track target vs. achievement metrics and highlight performance gaps. 3. Support business and annual planning by providing historical sales trends and forecasts. 4. Generate periodic MIS reports and insights for sales leadership reviews. 5. Assist in incentive and commission calculations based on approved schemes. 6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment for planning and reporting.
Stakeholder
Collaboration 1. Acting as a bridge between IT, finance, operations, and other business units. 2. Gathering requirements from stakeholders to improve reporting and analytics. 3. Communicating findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.
Market Research &
Analysis 1. Conduct market research to identify new trends, emerging markets, and potential tie-up opportunities. 2. Analyze competitors partnerships and market positioning to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships
Knowledge Experience:
Experience in the retail or related service industry is preferred.
Proven experience in Data Analyst. 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis
Skills Qualification:
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple partnerships and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical and research skills to identify potential opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration

Excellent skill in Advanced Excel
