About the Role

Mining Research Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis related to granite mining operations.
• Prepare detailed

  Project Reports

  , feasibility studies, and operational documentation.
• Evaluate quarry sites, resource potential, and extraction processes.
• Coordinate with on-ground teams in Chhatarpur, MP during monthly field visits.
• Monitor mining activities and provide recommendations to improve productivity and safety.
• Collect and analyze geological and operational data for continuous improvement.
• Support planning, budgeting, and execution of mining projects.
• Ensure compliance with mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental norms.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience

  in granite mining or related mining research roles.
• Strong understanding of

  granite properties, extraction methods, and quarry operations

  .
• Ability to prepare project reports, operational documents, and technical analyses.
• Academic background in

  Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Geology

  (mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data.
• Willingness to travel

  2–3 times per month

  to Chhatarpur, MP for site visits.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mining software/tools for mapping or resource estimation.
• Knowledge of mining compliance, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
