Responsible for Production out-put (OEE, Productivity and Production Shop Discipline) Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures, Quality (Customer complaints, Scrap Cost Reduction), Problem Solving (Six Sigma, Elimination Strategy, Process Optimization Project lead and guide to team), Production planning as understanding of Customer requirement, New product flow lunch etc

Train, guide and motivate Mini-Factory CFT.
Responsible for shift schedule, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, work assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations
Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and concerned support service departments as regards in terms of 5M
To meet daily production targets, quality and cost effectively to meet the delivery schedule. Minor maintenance of machines
Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
Ensure a clean and safe work area.(Housekeeping, 5S,Healthy hygiene environment)
Ensure compliance to safe practices in the mini factory, safety audits for unsafe practices and unsafe conditions

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Machining CNC VMC operation knowledge Product Knowledge (Oil Pump, Vacuum Pump, Water Pump and EGR)
Sound Knowledge of Assembly processes (screwing, riveting, leakage testing, welding, functional test),
Core tools (6 sigma or Elimination Strategy, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, FMEA)
Lean Tools (SMED, VSM, 5S, TPM, Kaizen,
EMS/OSHAS and Safety.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in MS office (PowerPoint presentations/ Excel)

• Conversant with SAP
