Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and control all mining operations to achieve production targets while ensuring safety standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PESO license, MPCB, CMPDIL, CGWB, IBM, State Govt., and other relevant authorities.
Manage manpower effectively by planning, organizing, and supervising shifts to optimize productivity.
Oversee drilling & blasting activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
Monitor mine development progress against planned schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in mine management or a related field (minerals/silica/sand).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mining from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements for mines (PESO license, MPCB, CMPDIL etc.).
Proficiency in data analysis software for monitoring mine performance metrics.
