Experience : 1-5 years Location : Bhatinda, Kota, Rohtak , Noida, Delhi, Gorakhpur, Darbanga, Siliguri, Nagpur, Mangalore, Coimbatore, Vijayawada, Jharkhand , Kolkata Job Descriptions: - Handling business associates and its retailers for sales and marketing both. Meeting targets in tonnage and no. of visits to retailers and influencers as assigned by the organization time to time, initially in training period. Account reconciliation Relationship building Resolving any query or complaint by the customer Increasing the visibility of gold plus at retailers counters in respective region assigned. Collecting and sharing the market feedback to RM/ASM and business associates. Understand the working environment, policies & guidelines of the company. Visiting influencers (retailers, carpenters, architects, interior designer, etc.) on daily basis as per the target. Promotion & branding of our company in the indirect customers market. Reporting to the hierarchy on daily basis. Achieving monthly targets as assigned by reporting managers. Open for travelling & relocation PAN India. Attending regular meetings with the seniors to increase the knowledge about the market situation, also participate in training & workshops as & when required. Maintaining a positive working environment. Maintaining & updating the data of assigned region on regular basis. Capabilities & Requirements: - Good communication skill. Willing to travel and relocated Own conveyance is preferred Highly motivated and target driven. Relationship management skills and positive attitude Self-motivated and self-driven.
