Mill Operations & Security Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Open Positions (Total: 4 Vacancies)

1. CCTV & Security System Executive (2 Positions)

• CCTV monitoring & daily security logbook maintenance
  
• Cross-checking gate pass / weighbridge / godown entries
  
• DVR backup, CCTV footage retrieval & troubleshooting
  
• Supporting patrolling guards and reporting suspicious activity
  
• Following fire & safety protocols (especially boiler/dryer area checks)
  

2. Supervisor Mill / Godown Operations (1 Position)

• Supervising daily mill/godown operations
  
• Managing gate pass, inwardoutward stock movement records
  
• Coordinating with security, weighing staff, and workers
  
• Monitoring attendance, discipline, and workflow of assigned staff
  
• Preparing and maintaining daily operational reports
  

3. Weighing Executive Weighbridge Operations (1 Position)

• Handling daily weighbridge operations (inward & outward truck weighing)
  
• Ensuring correct weight entry in system and gate pass log
  
• Coordinating with accounts & store team for stock reconciliation
  
• Maintaining weighbridge register and daily weight records
  
• Ensuring accuracy and avoiding duplication/fraud in weight records
  

Must-Have Skills (Common for All Roles)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing, emails)
  
• Strong observation skills & responsible work attitude
  
• Ability to work independently and in shifts
  
• Good communication & record-keeping ability

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Profile

• Fresher or 1–2 years’ experience in relevant field (CCTV / IT / Surveillance / Supervisor / Weighing)
  
• Academically strong, quick learner & responsible towards duties
  
• Self-initiative mindset (able to identify & complete tasks independently)
  

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate (any stream, with computer knowledge)
  
• Preferred: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical (for technical roles)
  
• For Weighing: Prior experience in weighbridge handling will be preferred
