Role & responsibilities Open Positions (Total: 4 Vacancies) CCTV & Security System Executive (2 Positions) CCTV monitoring & daily security logbook maintenance Cross-checking gate pass / weighbridge / godown entries DVR backup, CCTV footage retrieval & troubleshooting Supporting patrolling guards and reporting suspicious activity Following fire & safety protocols (especially boiler/dryer area checks) Supervisor Mill / Godown Operations (1 Position) Supervising daily mill/godown operations Managing gate pass, inwardoutward stock movement records Coordinating with security, weighing staff, and workers Monitoring attendance, discipline, and workflow of assigned staff Preparing and maintaining daily operational reports Weighing Executive Weighbridge Operations (1 Position) Handling daily weighbridge operations (inward & outward truck weighing) Ensuring correct weight entry in system and gate pass log Coordinating with accounts & store team for stock reconciliation Maintaining weighbridge register and daily weight records Ensuring accuracy and avoiding duplication/fraud in weight records Must-Have Skills (Common for All Roles) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing, emails) Strong observation skills & responsible work attitude Ability to work independently and in shifts Good communication & record-keeping ability Why Join Us?
