Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities :

Implementation of all SOPs/Standard practices of milk production, collection and delivery of Milk at BMCs.
Organise farmers meeting in potential villages/milk collection centres convince them of ideal dairy animal management practices and clean milk production and handling.
Manage materials, machines, manpower & services at all the BMCs assigned for smooth functioning of the milk chilling operation.
Constitution of new society, register them under the registrar of Cooperatives and make it operational as desired by the company. revival of sick society
Compliance to all protocols and norms concerning selection of centres, BMCs including the legal formalities FSSAI license
Facilitate & arrange delivery of input commodities, oragnise training and extension activities at designated places of the centres
Adress issues and problems of the milk collection centre / societies, coordinate with the dairy office for necessary support and cooperation
Assist the procurement head as and when required to accomplish the target assigned
Facilitate registration of farmers at milk societies/ Collection centres for making direct payment.
Facilitate implementation of revised milk price and make necessary changes in the software of PROMPT in coordination with the company and IT department
Implementation of Safety and Quality Audit points
Maintain data base of all human resources, livestock, farmers and liasoning with local bodies for smooth operation of the milk procurement activities
