Job Title: Purchase Executive (Pharmacy Retail Chain)

Location: Gurugram

Pharmacy Retail Chain

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Operations:

• Handle end-to-end procurement process, from identifying requirements to issuing purchase orders.
• Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality products and services at competitive prices.
• Ensure timely procurement of finished goods.

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability.
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or vendor discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

• Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Ensure timely replenishment of inventory while minimizing excess inventory.
• Monitor stock and ensure goods are procured within budget and lead times.

Cost Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable deals while maintaining product quality.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, supplier agreements, and inventory reports.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement status, vendor performance, and cost analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the

  Pharmacy Retail Chain Industry.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software/tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of market trends and pricing in

  the Pharmacy Retail Chain industry.
