Middleware Administrator

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Installation, administration, analysis and support of Boomi, WebLogic, JBoss, Mulesoft, Apache etc.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with Middleware Servers within established procedures, responds to End User requests for technical support and assistance.
• Demonstrated competency in accurately identifying the scope of work and preparing thorough accurate and detailed schedule estimates.
• Works in ticketing system to solve day-to-day technical requests & escalated issues.
• Coordinate any application changes with stakeholders within the framework of a Change Request system and Review process.
• Ability to research solutions to complex issues and resolve them.
• Interfaces with vendors and other IT Groups to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  

Required Skills

• Hands on experience working on Boomi, WebLogic, JBoss, Mulesoft, Apache etc.
• Installation and Configurations for Boomi, Oracle WebLogic, SOA, OSB, other Oracle middleware products administration.
• Administer SOA/OSB Fusion Middleware environment and custom services deployed.
• Working knowledge of Linux & Windows operating systems
• Experience with analyzing JVM thread dumps heap dumps and root cause analysis of crash dumps
• In depth Knowledge of J2EE framework components including JDBC JMS and JNDI.
• Knowledge on system monitoring tools ( Ex: BTM, BMC, OEM )
• Knowledge on Continuous Integration and Release Automation ( Ex: Maven, Jenkins )
• Knowledge of Perl and Linux shell scripting (BASH CSH)
