Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Mathematics Teacher for Middle School (Grades 5-6) who can inspire students to develop strong mathematical skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will bring creativity into the classroom, ensure conceptual clarity, and foster an engaging learning environment aligned with the school’s ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in line with curriculum requirements (CISCE/ISC).
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that encourage analytical thinking and real-world application of mathematics.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments; provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records, reports, and communication with parents.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues for cross-disciplinary projects, school events, and academic improvement initiatives.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
• Uphold the school’s values and ensure compliance with all academic and administrative policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics or related field).
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience at the middle school level, preferably in CISCE/ISC schools.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching mathematics.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and modern pedagogical practices.
